wenbd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User") and wenbd ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the wenbd website located at wenbd.asia, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment services and any other features offered through the platform.

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or accessing any game or betting market on wenbd, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use wenbd. We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of wenbd is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet each of these requirements and that you will continue to meet them for as long as your account remains active.

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active. wenbd may request proof of age at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in account suspension.
• You are accessing wenbd as a private individual for personal entertainment only, and not in any professional or commercial capacity or on behalf of any third party, organisation or syndicate.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing wenbd from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of wenbd is lawful in your location.
• You are not currently self-excluded from wenbd or any other gambling platform with which wenbd has a shared exclusion arrangement. Registering while under a self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or agent of wenbd, or an immediate family member of such a person. Employees and associates are prohibited from holding a player account or participating in any wenbd promotion.

2. Account Registration and Security

To access games and betting markets on wenbd, you must register an account by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a username of your choosing and a password. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. You are required to notify wenbd promptly if any of your registration details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password, login details, or account access with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility and wenbd shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

• Each Bangladesh mobile number may be linked to one wenbd account only. Attempting to register multiple accounts, whether using different mobile numbers, different email addresses or other methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• wenbd may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to where wenbd suspects fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. wenbd will give reasonable notice where closure is not due to misconduct.
• You may close your account at any time by contacting wenbd customer support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the mobile wallet associated with your account.
• wenbd uses SSL encryption across all pages. Your password is hashed before transmission and is never stored in plain text. OTP-based mobile verification is used for account recovery and for high-value or unusual withdrawal requests.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

wenbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) only. The accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. wenbd does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers or foreign currency deposits.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to wenbd's internal limits and processing procedures in force at the time of the transaction. wenbd may adjust these limits from time to time without prior notice. The current minimum deposit is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within five minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. wenbd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits received from payment methods that do not match the account holder's name may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. This rule exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with responsible gaming best practices. wenbd may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal.
• wenbd does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges. wenbd is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
• wenbd reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting source-of-funds documentation. Such checks are standard practice in the online gambling industry and are required to maintain the integrity of the platform.
• Funds deposited into a wenbd account that remain inactive (no bets placed, no withdrawals) for a continuous period of twelve months may be subject to an administrative dormancy fee of up to ৳100 per month. wenbd will make reasonable attempts to notify you before any such fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

wenbd may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions or other incentive programmes to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms. The applicable wagering requirement and any game restrictions or contribution weightings will be published in the promotion's terms at the time the promotion is offered.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between players, exchanged for cash, or combined with other bonuses unless the relevant promotion expressly permits this. Players may not withdraw bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
• wenbd reserves the right to withhold, amend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, exploitation of promotion terms, the use of automated systems, or any other behaviour that wenbd deems contrary to the spirit of fair play.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household or per device. Attempting to claim a new-player bonus on a second or subsequent account constitutes abuse of promotions and a material breach of these Terms.
• wenbd promotions are time-limited. Bonus funds and free spins that are not claimed or used within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

5. Gameplay and Fair Play

wenbd is committed to providing a fair, transparent and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. All casino games offered on wenbd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by live dealer studios that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are not influenced by wenbd, by individual player accounts, or by bet size.

• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software error during a game round, wenbd will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed server state. Where a round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, all bets placed in that round will be refunded to the player's account. wenbd's decision on technical disputes is final.
• Sports betting odds are set at wenbd's discretion. wenbd reserves the right to void a bet or an entire event where it has reasonable grounds to suspect match fixing, insider information, error in published odds, or any other irregularity. Voided bets will be returned at the original stake with no additional payout.
• Players must not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or gain any advantage over other players or the platform. The use of any such tools is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• wenbd maintains a comprehensive transaction log. All bets, game outcomes, deposits, withdrawals and account activity are recorded and retained for a minimum of five years. These records may be used to resolve disputes, meet compliance obligations, or respond to law enforcement requests.

6. Responsible Gaming

wenbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), voluntary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period chosen. wenbd will use its best efforts to enforce the exclusion across all products offered on the platform. Players on self-exclusion must not attempt to open new accounts. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed and any balance forfeited.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on wenbd. Where wenbd identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, cancel pending withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using wenbd for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using wenbd to convert proceeds of crime into legitimate funds.
• Opening more than one wenbd account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming welcome bonuses or other promotions that are restricted to one claim per player.
• Using software, scripts, artificial intelligence, data scrapers, or any other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, or to exploit any error, bug, or vulnerability in the wenbd platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language towards wenbd customer support staff or other players in any chat, message, or communication channel associated with wenbd.
• Accessing wenbd on behalf of any person who is self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible to hold an account, or facilitating the use of wenbd by any such person.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the wenbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials and any other material published by wenbd — is the exclusive intellectual property of wenbd or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use wenbd's content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish or create derivative works from any wenbd content without prior written authorisation from wenbd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wenbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the wenbd platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if wenbd has been advised of the possibility of such loss.

wenbd's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any dispute, claim or cause of action — whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to wenbd in the thirty days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to These Terms

wenbd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wenbd will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date, and where practicable by notifying active players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of wenbd following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must stop using wenbd immediately and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms have been posted constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which wenbd operates. If you have a complaint or dispute with wenbd, you must first contact our customer support team at [email protected] and allow wenbd a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter before pursuing any other remedy. wenbd aims to resolve all complaints within five business days of receipt.
